Our Story
We Started Because the Problem Was Too Common
Too many Bangalore homeowners were having the same experience: stunning renders that didn't survive contact with the actual contractor. A final bill 40% higher than the original number. A project that ran four months past the promised timeline while the homeowner chased three different vendors simultaneously. Suntew was started as a direct answer to this problem.
The fix was not complicated. Visit every site personally. Produce designs based on actual measurements, not templates. Write a fixed-price contract before any carpenter arrives. Have one project manager responsible for every trade. These are not revolutionary ideas — they are the basic professional standards of any service business done well. They are just not consistently applied in Bangalore's interior design industry.

We come to you. Your designer visits your home, measures every room, and spends real time understanding how you actually live — not just what you want it to look like.

You get photorealistic 3D renders of every room within 7 days. Not mood boards. Not samples on a wall. Actual rendered views of your rooms. Unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.

Signed BOQ — Fixed Price
Before a single tool is lifted, you receive a fully itemised Bill of Quantities naming every material, every brand, every quantity at a fixed rupee value. What you sign is what you pay. No additions, no surprises.

Coordinated Execution
One project manager handles everything — carpenter, electrician, false ceiling crew, painter, tiler. You get daily WhatsApp updates with photos. You never need to chase anyone.
